Set on the icy Arctic landmass, the psychological-thriller follows a woman out for revenge on the man who killed her daughter in a hit-and-run accident.
David Newman and Catherine Linstrum wrote the script and will direct.
Vera Farmiga co-stars
Production kicks off in October/November.
Harington is currently filming "The Seventh Son", and then will get back to work for the third season of "Thrones" later this Summer in Northern Ireland.
