Hinshaw Takes "Deserted Cities" & "Goodbye"

Chronicle" actress Ashley Hinshaw has scored roles in Roberto Sneider's "Deserted Cities" and Angus MacLachlan's "Goodbye to All That" says Variety

'Cities' is based on José Agustín's novel and follows a female Mexican writer fleeing her home to attend an international workshop in the U.S. leaving her husband behind in Mexico.

Hinshaw plays a women who works at the writer's workshop. Gael Garcia Bernal also stars.

Meantime-"Junebug" scribe Angus MacLachlan penned the "Goodbye" screenplay and is going to make his directorial debut.

Paul Schneider, Judy Greer and Kathryn Hahn star.

Mindy Goldberg and Anne Carey will produce.
