Author Chuck Hogan is adapting his own novel "Devils in Exile" into the film script, which centers on Iraq War vet Neal Maven who is now living in Boston and stuck doing dead-end jobs. Maven and some other soldiers team up in a scheme to rip off local drug dealers, destroying the product and grabbing their money.
Marc Shmuger and Tom McNulty are producing the film.
