The story centers on a scorned woman (Cameron Diaz) who teams up with her boyfriend's wife (Leslie Mann) to get revenge on their man (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), when it is learned he is seeing yet another woman (Upton).
While Upton is primarily known as a model, she has appeared in the comedies Tower Heist and The Three Stooges.
Nick Cassavetes will call action using Melissa Stack's script.
Julie Yorn will produce the film.
Production kicks off late spring/early summer in New York.
