Berlanti Takes On Helming “Epsilon”

Variety reports that Arrow showrunnner Greg Berlanti will direct the sci-fi pic “Epsilon”.

The film is set after a failed robot rebellion sends Earth back to the analog age. Seeking refuge on a space station, a few robots escape to raise their own human lab rats as obedient warriors to pave the way for retaliation. Epsilon stands amongst them until he begins to question all he was led to believe.

Zombieland and G.I. Joe: Retaliation scribes Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick wrote the script and will produce the film with Michael De Luca.

 This will be Berlanti’s second time helming a feature film. He called action on the 2008 pic “Life As We Know It”.
