The story follows a pair of teens (Mackenzie Davis and Nicholas Braun) and their pals who form an unlikely alliance with vampires and zombies in order to take on an alien army.
Hudgens would play a popular teen, Denis Leary is set play one of the town's unfriendly but wealthy residents.
Chris Zylka and Josh Fadem also star.
Robbie Pickering will call action using a Black List script penned by Oren Uziel. He was recently tapped by Sony Pictures to write "Men In Black 4."
