Focus Hearts "Record/Play" Short

Focus Features will produce a feature-length adaptation of the11-minute Sundance Film Festival-short "Record/Play" says THR.

The tragic love story deals with time travel achieved by manipulating a Walkman to transport the user to the source of a cassette recording.

Jesse Atlas and Aaron Wolfe will co-write the fleshed out script with Atlas attached to direct.

Richard Suckle will produce while Charles Roven is executive producing.
