The film follows a recently separated mother (Jennifer Lopez) who begins having an affair with a male teenager (Guzman) who recently moved into the neighborhood. Soon her own son becomes friends with the teen and when the mother tries to abruptly end the relationship - things take a creepy turn.
Does Guzman look like he could pass for a teen to any of you...? Granted they can't use a real teen actor but Guzman pushes credibility a bit.
Kristin Chenoweth plays the best friend of Jenny's character.
Rob Cohen is in talks to direct the film using a script by Barbara Curry .
Jason Blum ("Paranormal Activity," "The Purge") is producing the movie.
Production begins this fall ahead of Jenny's judging commitments on "American Idol" in January.
