Thorne And Sedgwick Face Danger In "Big Sky"

Bella Thorne star of the Disney Channel comedy Shake It Up and Kyra Sedgwick ("The Closer") will play the lead roles in the thriller "Big Sky" says Deadline.

The pair play a mother and daughter on their way to a desert facility to help the teen deal with her crippling Agoraphobia. They soon find themselves attacked by gunmen, with the teen having to fight her own demons for the duo to survive.

Frank Grillo and Aaron Tveit also star.

Evan M. Wiener wrote the script from which Jorge Michel Grau's calling action.

Randy Manis, Matthew Salloway and Christina Papagjika are producing.

Production begins this week in Albuquerque.
