In the film Aaron Eckhart will play an unconventional exorcist who can tap into the subconscious of the possessed. He soon meets his match when a nine-year-old boy is possessed by a demon from his past.
Van Houten will play the boy’s mother.
Catalina Sandino Moreno has replaced Rosario Dawson who jumped out of the project due to scheduling issues.
Brad Peyton directs from a script by Ronnie Christensen.
Jason Blum is producing the film.
Production begins in November in Los Angeles.
