Dwayne Johnson Is "Not Without Hope"

Variety reports that Dwayne Johnson is attached to star in the adaptation of former football player Nick Schuyler's best-selling memoir "Not Without Hope".

In 2009, Schuyler (played by Johnson) and three friends went on a fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico when their boat capsized, stranding them at sea. In the days that followed, the men fought to survive as they awaited to see if help would come.

Johnson has familiarity with the sport, he played college football for the University of Miami
Hurricanes in the 1990s.
