Walken & Kravitz Are Related In "Little Rootie Tootie"

Christopher Walken and Lenny Kravitz will star in "Little Rootie Tootie" says Deadline.

 

The story follows a veteran jazz pianist (Walken) mourning the death of his wife. His son (Kravitz) returns home with his own wife, disrupting the couple’s careers as musicians in Europe, to deal with his increasingly manic and destructive father. Trying to appear as a functioning family, the eccentricities inherent in being working musicians leads them toward a tragic but life changing conclusion.

Algrant, Stan Erdreich, Fred Zollo and Paul Condoleon will produce the film.

Grammy award winner Terence Blanchard will be score the film.

Production kicks off in January in New York City.
