Heat Vision reports that "Attack the Block" filmmaker Joe Cornish is the top choice to call action on the spy
thriller "Section 6".
The story deals with the formation of British spy agency MI6 during World War I, and its first director Sir George Mansfield Cummings (the
inspiration for M in the James Bond Series).
Cornish has apparently beat out both David MacKenzie and Tom Hooper for the gig.
Jack O'Connell ("Starred Up," "Unbroken") is attached to star as the younger lead.
Aaron Berg penned the script.
Lawrence Grey, Marc Platt and Adam Siegel will produce.
