Taylor Materne and Jacob Rubin wrote the Black List script and is set amidst the transformation of Times Square from a seedy neighborhood to the current commercialized area, where a young man’s loyalties are divided between his neighborhood boss who raised him and the ex-cop who swore to protect him.
Lin and Troy Craig Poon are producing the film.
