The story follows a widower (Bates Motel guest Michael Vartan) with a daughter (True Detective's Erin Moriarty) and new wife Nadine Velazquez with the opportunity for a new start in a new house in the suburbs. Trouble is the house holds a very disturbing secret from its past.
Blevins plays the gruff and mysterious next-door neighbor.
Blake Jenner, Ronnie Gene Blevins, Misty Upham, Katy Stoll, Dorian Kingi, Steele Stebbins, Thomas R. Baker, Adam Powell, Andrew Fiscella, Terry Myers, Teagan Sirset, and Debbie Zaltman also star.
Phil Claydon (Lesbian Vampire Killers) is directing from a script by Gary Dauberman (Annabelle),
Peter Safran and Rick Alvarez are producing the film.
Dave Neustadter and Walter Hamada will executive produce.
Production is underway in Los Angeles.
