The story centers on a suave black ops agent (Strong) who is forced to go on the run with his long-lost brother, a football player and petty criminal (Sacha Baron Cohen).
Annabelle Wallis will play the love interest of Cohen.
Cohen wrote the script with Phil Johnston and Peter Baynham for director Louis Leterrier.
Cohen Eric Fellner and Nira Park will produce the feature.
Production will begin this summer for release on July 31, 2015.
