The story is based on the true story of a family man in the 1970s, who decides to risk it all to go undercover and take down the biggest mob boss in the country.
Kristin Gore (Arctic Tale, My Own Love Song) is writing the screenplay.
Neil Meron Craig Zadan and Tatum's partner Reid Carolin will produce the pic
Michael De Luca and Jonathan Kadin will be overseeing the project for the studio
No production schedule was given. Tatum will shoot Magic Mike Xxl this fall.
