The story follows Charlie Sundstrom (Chase), a newly released ex-con who must navigate the criminal underworld to save his son, unaware he’s being set up to pay for his crimes all over again.

Benjamin Brant Bickham and Kwok will produce the film.
Production starts this month in New York.
