The story follows an American soldier (Pqce) and a French foreign aid worker (Skyfall’s Bérénice Marlohe) who team up in Africa amid humankind’s last stand against a cataclysmic alien invasion.
Joe Miale, who has worked on music videos, game tie-ins, straight-to-disc efforts and shorts, is making the leap to feature films with this one, writing the script with Rowan Athale.
Brian Kavanaugh-Jones Rory Aitken Ben Pugh, James Harris. Zev Foreman and Nicolas Chartier will be producing the film.
Production begins in September in South Africa.
