Paul Wesley Adds Testosterone To "Mother's Day"

"The Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley has joined the cast of the ensemble dramedy Mothers Day says Deadline.

The film will follow mother-daughter pairs as they navigate through the May holiday.

Andie MacDowell, her real-life daughter Rainey Qualley Susan Sarandon and her real-life daughter, Eva Amurri Christina Ricci and and Sharon Stone also star.
 
Wesley will play Kevin, an artsy pastry-chef and boyfriend of Martino's character.

Paul Duddridge will direct from his own original screenplay.
