The story follows a young man (Zac Efron) who, just before his wedding, gets tricked by his perverted grandpa (Robert De Niro) to go on a road trip to Florida for spring break. The grandfather, a former U.S. Army General, tries to prove to his grandson that he is about to marry the wrong woman.
Plaza will play Lenore, a savvy, beguiling party girl looking for fun on Spring Break.
Zoey Deutch (Vampire Academy) and Dermot Mulroney (August: Osage County) also star
Dan Mazer, who co-wrote the scripts for Sacha Baron Cohen's Borat and The Dictator, is directing from a script by John Phillips,
Bill Block, Jason Barrett, Barry Josephson and Michael Simkin are producing the film.
The film is set for release on August 12th, 2016
