Oscars: 2015 Nominations & More

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have announced the nominees for 2015 at a special two-part live news conference at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.


 Actor Chris Pine, Academy President Cheryl Boone Isaacs, and directors Alfonso CuarĂ³n and J.J. Abrams woke up very early to spread the news.

 Both "Birdman" and The Grand Budapest Hotel" lead the pack with nine nominations each.
