Richard Gere Leads "Oppenheimer Strategies"

Michael Sheen, Steve Buscemi, Josh Charles, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Dan Stevens, Isaach De Bankole and Israeli actor Lior Ashkenazi have joined the  drama "Oppenheimer Strategies" says ScreenDaily.

The story follows a man (Richard Gere) whose life changes dramatically after he befriends a young politician who becomes an influential world leader.

Joseph Cedar directs using his own screenplay.

Gideon Tadmor Miranda Bailey, David Mandil Lawrence Inglee, Eyal Rimmon and Oren Moverman are producing the pic.

Michal Graidy, Caroline Kaplan, Amanda Marshall, Jim Kaufman and Doug Mankoff will executive produce.

Production begins on Sunday in New York and Israel.
