With the vampire-themed Twilight about to be unleashed on Friday...Word is that PC and Kristen Cast's young adult novel series "House of Night" will soon hit the big screen reports Variety.In the series, "vampyres" are accepted in society-possesing a genetic anomaly that manifests itself in some people at puberty.
Vampyres are "marked" and sent to the House of Night, a school that offers training necessary to become an adult vampyre.The story centers on Zoey Redbird, whose ordinary life is thrown into chairs when she transforms and must change schools-entering a brand new world.
Four books have been published with nine in total planned for publication.
