Not Sleeping Well

Javier Bardem has nixed plans to appear in Wall Street 2 - just a month before the movie is due to go into production--due to scheduling difficulties and other offers says Forbes.

Called Money Never Sleeps--Bardem was first in line to play the antagonist--a hedge fund manager-for director Oliver Stone.

Shia Labeouf plays a young trader who seeks revenge with advice from his fiancee's dad - Michael Douglas as Gordon Gekko....

A potential replacement has not been set. Bardem is still committed to the Julia Roberts rom-dram "Eat, Pray, Love".

This is NOT the first time Bardem has dropped out of a high profile pic...

Money was due in theaters in February 2010
