The story takes place at a Sunset Strip club called Rock of Ages, where a man and woman fall in love but soon the rock lifestyle turn them inside out.
The show is fueled by '80s rock music from Journey Pat Benatar Bon Jovi and REO Speedwagon among others.
The character is a journalist who sleeps with decadent rock star Stacee Jaxx (Tom Cruise) even though she's supposed to be writing an expose about him.
