Off The Marc

Hugh Jackman is no longer in discussions to star alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones for Steven Soderbergh's 3-D live action musical Cleo says Variety.

Jackman's departure on the $30 Millon dollar feature is said to be due to scheduling conflicts by insiders.

None of the cast had officially signed as yet-but Zeta-Jones has been asked to play Cleopatra and discussions are underway. with Ray Winstone to play Julius Caesar.

Jackman was keyed to play Roman general Marc Antony, no word yet on who might be a potential replacement.



Scheduling conflicts indeed and then there's Oscar to think of...
