Back Up Performer

Noureen DeWulf, (seen in this weekend's Ghost of Girlfriends Past) has been cast opposite Jennifer Lopez in the romantic comedy "The Back-Up Plan," according to the The Hollywood Reporter.

The plot sees a fed-up wannabe mother (Lopez) meeting a promising romantic prospect on the same day she undergoes artificial insemination,

DeWulf will play Daphne, a hip downtown co-worker at Lopez's pet store.

Michaela Watkins and Alex O'Loughlin also star.

Kate Angelo. wrote the screenplay--from which Alan Poul is directing.

Filming starts next month in Los Angeles.
