Paul Giamatti and director Tom McCarthy ("The Station Agent," "The Visitor") may team up for the still developing indie drama "Win Win" reports MTV News.

Out doing promotion for the Leo Tolstoy biopic "The Last Station", Giamatti says he "might do" the pic which most likely will shoot in New York and New Jersey starting in late February according to Production Weekly.

McCarthy's publicist says hold ln a sec the film is still in early discussion stages and "is not for sure. It would be very premature to say anything."
