Religious Fervor

Marc Forster ("Quantum of Solace," "Monster's Ball") is the potential director of the religious drama "Heretics" says Variety.

Based on an episode of the radio show " This American Life, the story focuses on Carlton Pearson, a rising star among evangelicals who ends up ostracized by his church and declared a heretic after he started preaching that there is no Hell.

Marcus Hinchey ("All Good Things") is writing the screenplay.

James D. Stern, Ira Glass, Alissa Shipp, Bradford Simpson and Forster will produce the pic
