Disney Buys Rights to… Seal Team 6?

Films always try to stay with whatever’s current, whether it’s in the form of product placements, its actors, or plots and stories utilized. So, it’s probably not much of a shock that several projects deriving from the recent killing of terrorist Osama bin Laden have gone underway. However, it is a bit shocking that one of them is Disney.

Yes, the one with Mickey Mouse as its most iconographic property. Media Bistro relays that the Mouse House has trademarked team that killed bin Laden, known as “Seal Team 6”. This trademark covers everything from games and toys to entertainment properties. Can we expect Walt Disney Pictures or – more than likely – a subsidiary film distributor to release a feature about the team?
