Uncle George Still Tweaking After All These Years

With just over two weeks to go before the September 16th release of  Star Wars: The Complete Saga on Blu-Ray...George Lucas continues to altler his beloved space saga--and not always for the better

"Revenge of the Sith" marked the birth of Darth Vader as James Earl Jones reprised the role and only got in a line or two before yelling out a big ol' over the top "NOOOOOOO!!!"

Keep that in mind as you read on...

Copies have gone out for review and details of the changes have been leaked

A few weeks ago it was revealed that the puppet Yoda (Frank Oz) last seen in "Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace" was being replaced by a CG version to make the look more inline with that in the next two episodes. That turned out fine right?

Now Badass Digest, reports two bits of audio from the original trilogy have been altered, and not in a good way. First, and most egregiously, a previously silent Darth Vader now gives off not one but two big screams of "NOOOO" as he picks up and throws the Emperor down the shaft at the end of "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi". The other is the first shot of Ben (Alec Guinness) in "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope" who now uses a "Krayt Dragon cry" which sounds really bad

The Blu-ray audio clips have been incorporated with the corresponding old DVD footage to give you an idea of what you can expext:

Ugh!!!!!
