The planned reboot of Hellraiser seems to have stalled...and may even be dead...
Patrick Lussier and Todd Farmer who were were attached to the remake told Bloody Disgusting that while they presented numerous different takes on the property to the studio, they "never saw eye to eye creatively" --meaning they're no longer involved.
When they signed on the studio asked for an "epic and dark rated R" film but now they have changed their tune opting for more of a PG-13 type deal which seems like a dopey idea--If you do it--at least have the guts to DO IT RIGHT!
Meanwhile, STYD has posted some of the Cenobite conceptual designs made for the reboot.
As for Halloween III
The script is currently going through re-writes. "We literally started our [script] five minutes before Rob Zombie's movie ended," Farmer explained. "So much time has gone by... there have been other things discussed, other ways to tell that story. The date has been set. October of 2012. They're listening to ideas and pitches. I don't know what the future holds, but I know there will be another one."
