Set against the backdrop of a 911 call center where Halle Berry plays an emergency operator who must face her own fears in order to save a teenage girl (Breslin) from a disturbed killer.
Brad Anderson ("The Machinist," "Transsiberian") calls action on the film from a script by Rich D'Ovidio.
Robert Stein, Jeff Graup and Michael Helfant will produce the movie.
Production kicks off in June in Los Angeles.
