The story follows a deaf child who enjoys chatting online with Nicole (Latifah), a relay operator at a telephone service for the hearing-impaired. The kid comes upon a voyeur website based out of the former home of a serial killer (Fonda) now on death row.
Howard plays a detective trying to solve a string of grisly copycat murders.
Eddie Harris penned the script from which Merkin directs.
Shakim Compere will produce the film.
