The second in a planned trilogy, the new film finds Machete (Danny Trejo) recruited by the U.S. Government to battle his way through Mexico to take down a madman cartel leader and an eccentric billionaire arms dealer who have hatched a plan to spread war across the planet with a weapon in space.
If they return the ladies would be reprising their respective roles as Sartana and Luz from the first film.
Kyle Ward wrote the script.
