An adaptation of author John Grisham's novel, the story follows a young man who's about to graduate fromYale Law School after he's manipulated into accepting a job at a prestigous law firm and given privileged information about a multibillion-dollar lawsuit.
William Monahan wrote the original adapted script draft back when Shia Labeouf and director Tony Scott were attached which fell through due to budget issues.
The studio is now looking for its star and wants to land new Spidey Andrew Garfield.
Lorenzo di Bonaventura will produce the film.
