Snabba Cash Gets U.S. Bow

The Weinstein Company and Martin Scorsese are teaming up for the U.S. domestic release of Daniel Espinosa's Swedish crime drama Easy Money reports Variety.


The film has three plotlines involving a Swedish drug-trafficking ring.

Set to be released under the banner 'Martin Scorsese Presents…' the rollout for the film kicks off July 11th in New York and July 13th in Los Angeles before opening wide later in the Summer.

Released abroad in 2010 as "Snabba Cash", director Espinosa and star Joel Kinnaman went on to have success in the U.S. with the action flick "Safe House" and star of the hit cable TV series The Killing  series respectively.
