Avengers 2: Does J.A.R.V.I.S. Become Ultron?

Since it has already been established by writer/director Joss Whedon that the sequel "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" DOES NOT follow the Age of Ultron comics storyline--in which the big bad Ultron was created by Hank Pym who becomes Ant-Man...How will Ultron come about in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

The most popular theory suggests that Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr,) robot butler J.A.R.V.I.S. (voiced by Paul Bettany) operating system from the Iron Man Films could well turn into the villain.
