Hobbit Extended Edition Details

Blu-ray.com posts that Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has officially announced both the 3-disc Blu-ray/UltraViolet and 5-disc 3D BD/Ultraviolet Combo Pack release of Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" for release on November 5th.

The Extended Cut includes thirteen minutes of extra footage that extends individual scenes, making this "the must-see, definitive version for fans". The film now runs a total of 182 minutes.

The different versions of the Extended Edition also feature nearly nine hours of new bonus features.
