Flanagan Comes Down With A Case Of "Somnia"

Deadline reports that "Oculus" director Mike Flanagan will call action on the psychological horror "Somnia".

Flanagan and Jeff Howard wrote the script that centers on an orphaned child whose dreams manifest physically as he sleeps. The story explores the parental bonds amidst sequences of visceral terror conjured by a child’s imagination.

Trevor Macy, William D. Johnson and Sam Englebardt will produce the flick.

  Production begins later this fall.
