Marvel Announces Title; Stan's "Avengers 2" Cameo

Ahead of its big presentation on Saturday July 26th at the San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel has confirmed on Twitter that it will announce "an all-new thundering title" on Tuesday July 15th during the daytime talk show "The View" at 11am US-EST.

UPDATE: After the reveal I posted "I don't know why Marvel felt it necessary to turn #Thor into a woman--Why not create a new strong female super heroine from scratch with her own identity...?"

This just seems like they took the lazy way out

Meantime  92 year old Stan Lee has confirmed that he finished shooting his cameo for Joss Whedon's superhero team up sequel "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" in a scene that includes both Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Captain America (Chris Evans).

Lee jokingly expressed a desire to cameo in rival DC Entertainment's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", telling Digital Spy: "DC could probably make a lot more money with ['Batman v Superman'] if they announced that I'd have a cameo in it. People wouldn't believe it - they'd have to go to the theater to see it."
