William Brent Bell Takes On "The Inhabitant"

Deadline reports that William Brent Bell (The Devil Inside, Wer) will call action on the spooky thriller "The Inhabitant".

No plot details have been released for the supernatural thriller, but the story is said to be in the same vein as The Conjuring.

Stacey Menear (Mixtape) wrote the screenplay.

Tom Rosenberg, Gary Lucchesi, Roy Lee, Matt Berenson, Jim Wedaa and Adam Stone are producing

No production schedule was given.

Bell made his directorial debut in 2006 with Stay Alive. His 2012 follow-up, Devil Inside, took in $107.1 million worldwide from just a $1 million production budget.
