THR reports that
Alexis Knapp,
Bar Paly,
Chris Geere and
Nick Thune are set to join the dramatic thriller "
Urge".

The story follows Theresa (
Ashley Greene) who embarks on an island retreat
with a group of friends, where they discover a new designer drug that
appears to be perfect. They come to realize that the drug has one major
side effect, causing users to lose control of their inhibitions and
urges.
Pierce Brosnan will play the creator and distributor of the narcotic.
Sin City: A Dame To Kill For and
Machete Kills producer
Aaron Kaufman co-wrote the script with
Jason Zumwalt and
Jerry Stahl from which he will make his directorial debut.
Skip Williamson and
Mark Neveldine are producing the pic.
Production begins this October in New York.
