Kevin Macdonald will direct the genre titled "Murder Mystery" according to Variety.
The story revolves around an American couple on their honeymoon in Europe who witness a murder, become suspects and end up caught in a conspiracy of international intrigue.
James Vanderbilt wrote the script and will also co-produce the pic with Beau Flynn, A.J. Dix, William Shively and Tripp Vinson
Filming will take place on-location in Europe with casting now underway.
