Nicole Kidman on Board for “Wild Life”?

Nicole Kidman is no stranger to big sweeping epics. She headlined Far and Away with then-future hubby Tom Cruise and recently led Baz Luhrmann’s Australia with fellow Aussie Hugh Jackman. Now it seems that she may return to that particular realm of film.

The Wrap reports that she’s interested in leading the Mandalay film Our Wild Life as Kenyan conservationist Dame Daphne Sheldrick. Apparently Kidman found favor with the script, but she hasn’t signed on just yet.

Phillip Noyce, who worked with Kidman on Dead Calm in 1989, is currently attached to the director’s chair.
