2 high profile flicks got named yesterday....According to the gang from Coming Soon, at the D23 Expo this weekend Disney Chairman Dick Cook announced that the new Muppet Movie written by actor Jason Segel will be called The Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made.
The film’s title refers to an idea that creator Jim Henson developed in 1985.
That story involves Gonzo the Great directing a movie and blowing half of the film’s budget on the opening titles.
Back in March, Ain’t It Cool News expanded on the plot of new the pic--It sees the Muppets uniting to put on a show in order to save The Muppet Studios in Hollywood from an oil tycoon.

Also at that same event it was also announced that Pirates of the Caribbean 4 will be called Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides...
