The story revolves around three childhood best friends who reunite in New York City for their annual tradition of going out on Christmas Eve.
Gordon-Levitt and Rogen play two of them, the third has yet to be cast.
Levine wrote the screenplay and will direct
Joe Drake and Nathan Kahane will produce the film
Production hopes to begin this Summer.
