Emmy Rossum has joined the cast of the independent flick "Dare" directed by Adam Salky according to Variety.Written by David Brind, and based on the duo's 2005 award winning short film of the same name centers on three privileged high school seniors who decide to take the biggest risk of their lives.
Filming is set to take place in my backyard of Philadelphia.
