Toon-ed Up

Robert Rodriguez spoke to MTV News and said that his live-action View adaptation of the classic cartoon "The Jetsons could go into production by 2010.

"I've been developing [The Jetsons] for awhile," and confirmed "We're writing the script right now" says Rodriguez,

This is a bit of a surprise since Rodriguez has Sin City 2 which should have been released on DVD by now--not stuck in pre-prep., the "Predators" reboot, the "Grindhouse spin-off Machete", and his sci-fi feature "Nerverackers" in his personal pipeline.

Rodriguez has also cleared up a recent item that said Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was approached to star in "“Predators"relaunch.

Telling AICN that "We’re still writing a new script, and although I know Arnold personally and he’s the coolest person on the planet, I have not contacted him about this at all at this time."
